Pearl Community Empowerment Foundation

PCE Foundation is a grassroots NGO operating in the rural communities of Tororo and Buteleja districts, Eastern Uganda. PCE operates dynamic but simple programmes that directly involve and benefit the rural communities, with a focus on the empowerment of women and girls.

Our Vision is to have empowered communities that can take charge of their own development. Current activities include a mentorship/sponsorship program, agriculture, peer loans and HIV/AIDS education.

PCE has a focus on empowering women and girls, to avoid forced marriage to older men, HIV and poverty. Please visit our page to view the remarkable changes that have occurred thus far in our community.
